How long will it take for my tea to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders under this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Are Stash Tea bags compostable?
Our tea bags are made from 100% cellulose fibers and are free of plastic and staples, making them commercially compostable. Please check with your local municipal facility for home composting guidelines.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your tea. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Do your teas contain caffeine?
We offer a wide variety of caffeinated black, green, and white teas, as well as a large selection of naturally caffeine-free herbal tisanes and decaffeinated blends.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive to process orders quickly, we can only make changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
