At Stash Tea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused tea or merchandise in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided shipping label or address the package to our warehouse facility and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
